Returns Policy

However we are aware that sometimes things don’t go to plan, therefore if you have any issues with your purchase please get in touch within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible and before you leave feedback. 

Please contact us by emailing ledrodesign@gmail.com including your name and order number and the issue you have. If for example the problem is damage during delivery we will also require a photo so please attach this to your email as well.

We will respond within 48 hours to arrange the next step. If a return is required please return it in the original packaging where possible, including your name, order number and reason for the return.

***Please note that because most of our products are custom and made to order and additionally some are personalised, they are unfortunately not eligible for a return and refund, as they have been created to your specification.***

We gladly accept cancellations of an order, however you need to make your request within 24 hours of purchase, or we may have already begun creating your order.
