How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped 3-5 full working days after payment is received.
UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail First Class, so usually arrive the next working day however this is not a guarantee.



Can I remove my wall stickers and what is the best way to do so?

Yes, these wall stickers can be removed as the adhesive is semi-permanent, therefore once removed they cannot be re-applied. We use vinyl that is manufactured specifically for Wall Art so you shouldn’t have any problem removing them if you follow the guidelines below carefully. Please note however that due to factors beyond our control, such as paint type and temperature changes, we do not 100% guarantee damage free removal.
Removal Guidelines – Carefully heat your wall sticker with a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive. Slowly peel back the wall sticker at a 180° degree angle. If your wall sticker gets stuck, heat a little more. Take care not to over heat the vinyl or burn yourself.


What type of surface can I stick your wall stickers to?

Our vinyl wall stickers are suitable for smooth walls and surfaces. If you have textured walls and an oil based paint the vinyl adhesive will not adhere to this surface. If you are unsure please contact us before you place an order so that we can do our best to advise you. They can be stuck on Mirrors, Glass, Filing cabinets etc but as they have a semi-permanent adhesive they cannot be repositioned or re-applied once removed.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns. This is because every purchase is made to order, to the custom options which are selected when ordering and some products are also personalised. Therefore they are not eligible for a return and refund unless they are damaged or faulty when received. Please see our returns policy for further information.
